This August, the Asia-Pacific content community converges in Seoul for what’s shaping up to be one of the biggest marketing events of the year. The Content Marketing Summit (CMS) 2025 returns for its 10th edition from August 19–20, bringing together some of the most innovative names in marketing, tech, and storytelling.

Hosted in the heart of South Korea, CMS 2025 promises to be more than just a regional event. It’s going global — spotlighting Korea’s creative influence and pushing the boundaries of AI in content marketing. And for the first time, Vietcetera is joining as an official media partner.

K-Content Goes Global

Korean content has long been a cultural export — from BTS and Squid Game to the global dominance of K-beauty and K-fashion. Now, CMS 2025 is putting the business of K-content under the microscope.

The event will feature case studies from the minds behind Korea’s top-performing brands, including speakers from 1MILLION Dance Studio and CJ Bibigo. These sessions will dive into how storytelling drives export success — not just through product, but by anchoring it in local culture and emotional resonance.

CMS Executive Chair John Park puts it simply: “The power of K-Content lies not just in the product, but in the story behind it — and how it travels.”

Expect sessions that explore the mechanics behind taking a local brand global, and how to scale storytelling that feels personal no matter the market.

AI and the Future of Creativity

While K-content takes the spotlight, CMS 2025 is also making bold moves into the future — especially around artificial intelligence.

The 2025 theme leans heavily into how AI is reshaping marketing. From GenAI content creation to personalized campaigns driven by real-time data, speakers will explore the balance between automation and human creativity.

Notable AI-focused talks will be led by:

  • Guan Hin Tay, award-winning creative and author of Collide
  • Laurent Thevenet from Publicis
  • KAIST Professor Jung Jae Sung, a renowned neuroscientist exploring how the brain responds to AI-generated content

The sessions will cover questions like: Can machines tell stories that move us? And how should marketers think about their roles as AI tools become more mainstream?

Speakers From Around the Region

Vietcetera’s own CEO Hao Tran will also be in attendance as a speaker and delegate, offering a perspective on Southeast Asia’s growing influence in content marketing.

The lineup reflects CMS’s growing commitment to regional diversity. It’s no longer just a Korea story — it’s a pan-Asia stage.

  • Space Oddity (music and creator tech)
  • BBDO Korea (creative agency)
  • Big Data Expert (AI and insights firm)

A Taste of Seoul: K-Brand Experience Tour

Beyond the conference stage, CMS is hosting a special K-Brand Experience Tour on Day 3. This curated field trip includes visits to leading K-beauty and K-fashion customer experience zones, a sit-down with K-pop experts, and exclusive behind-the-scenes access to how Korean brands design culture-first customer journeys.

If you work in content, retail, or media — this is a rare chance to see the Korean playbook in action.

Who Should Attend?

CMS is best suited for:

  • Brand and content marketers
  • Digital and social strategists
