1What is Restaurant Month?

Flavors Restaurant Month 2024 is a multi-city event highlighting the city's best fine-dining restaurants. It offers Mastercard-exclusive discounts, giving diners a unique opportunity to experience high-end cuisine at a special price.

2When does Restaurant Month take place?

Restaurant Month will be held from November 15 to December 15, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City.

3Are there any specific requirements for participating restaurants?

Restaurants must offer fine dining experiences and agree to provide a 25% discount on their regular menu exclusively for Mastercard cardholders during the campaign period. They should also be able to accommodate pre-bookings and participate in Vietcetera’s marketing activities.

4Can diners request modifications to the menu based on dietary restrictions (such as seafood allergy, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free)?

Diners must inform Vietcetera of their dietary needs when booking or at least 24 hours in advance.

5Can walk-in guests or regular customers who haven't made a reservation in advance join the Restaurant Month campaign?

Depending on the restaurant's availability, walk-in guests or regular customers can participate, as long as they pay by Mastercard card to enjoy the 25% discount. On such occasions, the restaurant must inform Vietcetera immediately.

6What is the process for making a reservation for more than 6 guests?

Customers shall call Vietcetera's hotline to inquire about availability. Vietcetera will then contact the restaurant to confirm if they can accommodate the larger group. Once confirmed, Vietcetera will assist the customer in making the reservation.

7How will customers know if their reservation has been successfully made?

Once Vietcetera receives the deposit for the booking, a confirmation email and text message will be sent to the customer. The entire process will take a maximum 3 hours (Hotline working hours: 8AM - 10PM) after Vietcetera receives the reservation notice.

8What types of menus are eligible for the 25% discount?

Only prix fixe menus (set menus and tasting menus) are eligible for the discount. A-la-carte options are not included.

9How can the diners use the Mastercard-exclusive discounts?

To enjoy the Mastercard-exclusive discounts, simply make a reservation on our website using your Mastercard. Pay the deposit online and settle the final bill with their Mastercard at the restaurant.

10Does the 25% discount apply to beverages or additional services offered by the restaurant?

No, the 25% discount only applies to food items on the menu. Diners will need to pay the full price for beverages and any additional services

11Are both debit and credit Mastercard cards accepted?

Yes, both types are accepted for discounts.

12Is a deposit required for bookings?

Yes, a 500.000vnđ/pax deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total bill after the Mastercard-exclusive discount is applied.
