Understanding the central question of “Who are we?” is key to approaching how companies can understand their workforce. In this workshop, we will hear from DEIA specialists in Vietnam and use real-time data collected using Diversity Atlas to explore how organizations and communities can better understand and transform their diverse workforces and communities to unlock the social, cultural, and economic potential of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
