Prior to joining Carlsberg, he led ISS A/S - a global facility management powerhouse with 360,000 employees spanning 60 countries - and held senior leadership posts at Danske Bank and Danica Pension. A graduate of the University of Copenhagen with a Master’s in Economics, Mr. Jacob brings a truly global perspective and deep managerial expertise.
