Sự cạnh tranh từ các thương hiệu toàn cầu, tiêu chuẩn khắt khe và hạn chế trong quảng bá đã khiến rượu Việt còn nhiều tiềm năng cần được khai phá. Tuy nhiên, đây cũng là cơ hội để những cá nhân và doanh nghiệp dám nghĩ lớn, dám hành động, tạo ra bước chuyển mình cho rượu Việt.

Sau nhiều năm làm việc trong môi trường doanh nghiệp quốc tế, Phoebe Trần quyết định trở về Việt Nam để kết nối với cội nguồn và đóng góp vào sự phát triển của quê hương. Bị cuốn hút bởi di sản văn hóa giàu có và tiềm năng phát triển năng động của đất nước, chị sáng lập The Village Château Distillery với mục tiêu đưa rượu Việt Nam vươn ra thế giới.

Trong hành trình xây dựng doanh nghiệp, Phoebe đã đối mặt với không ít thách thức, đặc biệt là việc duy trì các tiêu chuẩn sản xuất toàn cầu đồng thời đào tạo đội ngũ tại địa phương. Vietnam's liquor industry holds immense potential, thanks to its rich traditions and unique flavors. However, it has yet to establish a strong position in the international market. Global competition, stringent standards, and limited marketing efforts have left many opportunities unexplored. Yet, these challenges also present an opportunity for individuals and businesses to think big, take bold actions, and drive a transformative shift for Vietnamese liquor.

After years of working in the international corporate world, Phoebe Tran decided to return to Vietnam to reconnect with her roots and contribute to the country’s development. Inspired by Vietnam's rich cultural heritage and dynamic growth, she founded The Village Château Distillery with the mission of bringing Vietnamese liquor to the global stage.

In her entrepreneurial journey, Phoebe faced significant challenges, particularly in maintaining global production standards while training a local team.
