Trong suốt một thập kỷ qua, Chandu đã góp phần quan trọng đưa nhiều agency tại Đông Nam Á và Nam Á giành danh hiệu "Agency of the Year", đồng thời giúp MullenLowe Sri Lanka vươn lên vị trí thứ 9 châu Á và 36 toàn cầu trong bảng xếp hạng Effie. Không chỉ dừng lại ở lĩnh vực quảng cáo, ông còn là đồng sáng lập của nhiều startup công nghệ như SD TECH, chuyên cung cấp giải pháp AI và blockchain tại các thị trường Mỹ, Ấn Độ và Singapore.

Beyond advertising, he is also a co-founder of several tech startups, including SD TECH, which provides AI and blockchain solutions in markets such as the U.S., India, and Singapore.
